Mobile laboratory can be found in the markets and shopping centers of Almaty, however, always different. Purchased products, for example, vegetables, fruits, dairy products, honey and other townspeople can bring to the laboratory. Examination is done literally within five to ten minutes, after which it becomes clear - whether to eat the purchased goods.

For example, vegetables and fruits are checked for nitrates, honey for naturalness, milk for density, and ready-made culinary products for preparedness, that is, whether a dish is well cooked or fried.

Well, if something shows up, it is not usable for use, and then the representatives of the Health Protection Committee recommend returning to the seller and demanding to return the cost of the products or write a complaint.

"Since July 2, throughout the republic, the campaign "Choose healthy products" has started, so that the consumer knows what products he is buying. In addition to the examination, a questionnaire is conducted to find out what the Kazakhstanis are paying attention to when buying products, whether they buy domestic goods or prefer imported goods and so on.

“If something shows up, then the buyer can approach the seller and request documents confirming the quality and safety of the product,” said Anel Musaeva, executive duties Head of Sanitary and Hygienic Supervision of Food Objects, Department of Public Health.

According to Anel Musaeva’s words, a few dozen people come to the day, who wants to know if they eat natural products. However, despite such a strong demand for expertise, there has not yet been a single negative case.

"I do not doubt the bought cucumbers, but decided to check. It's all right, thank God. I always buy vegetables in one place", says Clara, a visitor of the wholesale market in Almaty.

Another man said that he also purchases products in proven places, but just in case he decided to make sure that, the seller does not deceive him. And - convinced. However, he noted that if the product turned out to be bad, without hesitation, would return it to the seller.

Anel Musayeva advises choosing local products, since vegetables, fruits, watermelons or melons, milk, etc. brought from afar can deteriorate on the road, especially given the current heat.

In addition, you need to pay attention to the marking, composition, date of production of the products, says Musaeva.

The action to check the products will last until August 23. On the forthcoming verification in a particular market or shop, customers are warned for the day by radio.
